Wine Under $15
From just down le chemin from Sancerre, the 2008 Maison des Prince Sauvignon Blanc (LCBO# 141168) from Touraine is fantastic deal for $12.95. Look for a minerally lemon, lime and grapefruit attack, with a quince paste and dried apple finish. It's a classic before dinner sipper, or a good match for lighter flavoured fish, or at 11.9% abv, it could also replace a Bloody Caesar at brunch with eggs.
